We're unable to make any changes to your order once you've placed the order, which includes
the following:
- Changing the item
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method

In the unlikely event you are missing an item for your order, please contact our Customer

I received the wrong item.

- The name of the item that you did NOT receive

- A photograph of the item you received, including logos and labels.

Where do we ship?
Products can be shipped to the continental United States (48 states) excluding Alaska and
Hawaii. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49.99 in value. Orders under $49.99 in
value will include a $4.99 shipping fee.
- All United States ordered are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 business days.
- Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 3-8 business
days. Please note that shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during busier times such
as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such a natural disasters.

You can check where your purchase is at through the tracking number provided by UPS or USPS.
My Order is Delivered but not Received.
Orders can be prematurely scanned as delivered and may still be held with the carrier.
Please take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors, friends, property managers or front office.
- Search around your porch or property in case the package was placed in a hidden or secure
spot.
- Confirm with the carrier to see if the package was withheld.
If these steps didn't aid you in find your order, please allow 14 calendar days for your
purchase to be delivered. If you don't receive your order, please reach out to the Customer
Service Team at
