Returns & Refunds
Return Shipment Window
Online returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment and items must be received within 30 days of shipment date. Items received after 30 days or with tags missing or removed cannot be returned.
How to request a return
You can click on the following link to start a return.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your request has been processed and approved. Please be advised that returns are subject to a return label fee of $5.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Instructions
  1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  2. Print the attached shipping label sent to your email and affix it to the package.
  3. Drop off the package at USPS or UPS location depending on the shipping label carrier.
We will process your return as soon as we receive it and will notify you via email once the refund has been issued. This process may take 2 business days to complete.
